  Me and my family of 4 arrived at this location an hour and a half before closing. We were FREEZING and put under an air conditioner vent, which made matters worse. We let our waitress know we were very cold and uncomfortable. She told us that the heater was broke on this side of the restaurant and that she would move us but she had already cleaned the other side and just wanted to hurry and leave?! (an hour before closing at this time) We were very aggravated but chose to proceed to order our food. 1 child's pizza add a salad bar, 1 rack of ribs plate and 1 New Orleans style fish, shrimp with salad bar and 2 alcoholic beverages. We stood up to make our salads and the salad bar was put up! We notified our waitress whom then came back to our table crying, telling our table that she got yelled at by her manager and that we needed to pick a different side. We did so.We received our food, and all way terrible. The ribs were so dried out that there was no meat on the bones! Very outraged with all of the earlier events we left the reatautant hungry! Worst experience in a restaurant ever!
